- Cancel any time from your account. No email, no retention call.
- Your notes are yours whether you pay or not. Downgrading never deletes anything you already wrote.

Pricing questions
- What happens to my notes if I stop paying?
- Nothing is deleted. You keep every note and checklist you already created, and you can keep editing them. You simply stop being able to create new items above the free limit, and sync pauses.
- Do I need an account to use the free plan?
- No. The free plan needs no account at all, because notes live in your browser. An account is only required for Premium, since syncing between devices is impossible without something to sync to.
- Is there a free trial of Premium?
- The free plan is the trial. It is not time-limited, and it covers everything most people need for personal checklists.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
- Card payments and the local methods Paddle supports in your country, including PayPal in most regions. Pricing is in US dollars.
