Refund Policy

The short version
Premium starts with a 1-week free trial. Cancel during the trial and you are never charged — that trial is the main way we expect people to decide whether Premium is worth it before any money moves.
Once billing starts, subscriptions are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable for the remainder of a billing period you've already started using. We do make exceptions: billing errors, duplicate charges, and cases required by the consumer law of your country.
Paddle.com is our merchant of record and handles the actual payment and refund transaction. Email us and we'll coordinate with them on anything that qualifies.
Try before you pay
Every new Premium subscription starts with a 1-week free trial. Your payment method is taken at signup, but nothing is charged until the trial ends.
Cancel any time during the trial — in the app or through Paddle's customer portal — and you will not be charged at all.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel whenever you like. Cancelling stops future billing, but you keep Premium access for the rest of the period you already paid for — we don't cut it off early.
In line with standard practice for small-team SaaS, we don't refund the unused remainder of a billing period just because you cancelled partway through it. If you're unsure whether Premium is worth it, that's what the trial is for.
When we do refund
Outside of these, refund requests are considered case by case. We'd rather look at the specific situation than hide behind a rigid rule.
- You were charged twice for the same period, or charged after a trial cancellation that didn't take effect in time — a billing error on our side or Paddle's.
- A technical problem on our end kept you from using Premium at all during the period you were charged for, and you told us within a reasonable time (about 7 days) of the charge.
- Your country's consumer protection law entitles you to a refund regardless of the above — we follow the law where it's stricter than this policy, not instead of it.
How refunds are handled
Paddle.com is our merchant of record — they are the ones who actually process the payment, so they're also the ones who process the refund. Email wwcolaborationprojects@gmail.com describing what happened; if it qualifies, we'll approve it and Paddle issues the refund to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer — that timing is set by Paddle and your payment provider, not by us.
Chargebacks
If something's wrong with a charge, please email us first — most issues are resolved faster that way than through a chargeback, and a chargeback carries fees on the merchant side that a direct refund doesn't. We're a one-person operation; a chargeback doesn't get you a faster answer than an email does.
