A cleaning checklist app for daily, weekly and deep cleans

Cleaning expands to fill the time available. A list turns it into a finite task with an end.

The hard part of cleaning is not the work, it is deciding what counts as done. A written list settles that in advance, which is why the same flat takes forty minutes with a list and a whole Saturday without one.

Keep three lists rather than one: a short daily reset, a weekly clean, and a deep clean you run monthly or seasonally.

A checklist to start from

  • Kitchen surfaces and hob
  • Sink and taps
  • Bathroom: toilet, basin, shower
  • Mirrors and glass
  • Vacuum all floors
  • Mop hard floors
  • Change bed linen
  • Empty all bins
  • Dust surfaces and shelves
  • Wipe door handles and switches

How to make it stick

  • Order the list room by room and finish a room before moving on. Task-hopping is what makes cleaning feel endless.
  • Set a weekly reminder for the same slot each week. The decision of when is the part people quietly avoid.
  • Keep the deep clean items on a separate list so they do not make the weekly clean look impossible.

Common questions

Can I set a weekly reminder?
Yes. Reminders can repeat daily or weekly on a chosen day and time, and roll forward automatically when you mark them done.
Can I keep several cleaning lists?
Yes, up to five active notes and checklists on the free plan and 100 on Premium. Archived lists do not count towards the limit.
Can I share the list with a housemate?
Not between accounts. Premium syncs your lists across your own devices, but there is no shared or collaborative editing.
